摘　　要：某公寓楼改造项目,原先部分卫生间采用了集成式卫生间产品,由于卫生间与房间之间的隔墙采用轻钢龙骨+普通石膏板,而未采取任何防水防潮措施,导致多个房间出现渗漏水情况,需要进行改造。本文分析对比了带集成式产品的卫生间与传统卫生间在内部设备配置、防水防潮要求与改造做法等方面的区别,着重介绍了集成式卫生间改造方案、防水防潮施工工艺及工程质量控制策略。In an apartment building renovation project,some bathrooms originally adopted integrated bathroom layout.Due to the use of light steel framing and ordinary gypsum board without waterproofing or moistureproofing treatment for the partition walls between bathrooms and rooms,water leakage issues happened in multiple rooms and required rehabilitation.This paper comparatively analyzes the differences between integrated bathroom and traditional bathroom in terms of internal equipment layouts,waterproofing and moistureproofing requirements and renovate solutions.The paper specifically details the renovation solutions of integrated bathroom,waterproofing and moistureproofing construction techniques,and project quality control strategies.
