摘 要:【目的】旨在探究拉伸载荷下夹渣缺陷对Q345R钢焊缝损伤行为的影响。【方法】对无焊接缺陷和含夹渣缺陷的焊接试件进行拉伸试验,结合声发射(Acoustic emission,AE)和红外热成像监测技术,以获得拉伸载荷下的实时AE信号和损伤区域的表面温度场信息。【结果】结果表明,夹渣缺陷会导致钢材焊接试件失效载荷降低,同时,声发射信号幅度、振铃计数和能量等特征参数都有所提高。此外,含夹渣缺陷的钢试件失效断裂时的温度明显低于完整试件。【结论】结合AE和红外热成像技术能够有效地监测钢焊接试件的损伤演化过程,为钢结构健康监测提供参考。[Objective]The aim is to investigate the effect of slag entrapment defects on the weld damage behaviour of Q345R steel under tensile load.[Methods]Tensile experiments are carried out on welded specimen without weld defects and with slag entrapment defects,and combined with acoustic emission(AE)and infrared thermography monitoring technology to obtain real-time information on AE signals under tensile load and the surface temperature field of the damaged region.[Results]The results show that the slag entrapment defects lead to a decrease in the failure load of steel welded specimen,while the characteristic parameters such as acoustic emission signal amplitude,ring counts and energy are increased.In addition,the temperature at failure fracture of steel specimen containing slag inclusion defects is significantly lower than that of intact specimen.[Conclusion]The combination of AE and infrared thermography technology can effectively monitor the damage evolution process of steel welded specimen and provide a reference for steel structure health monitoring.
