摘 要:采用共球磨法将四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))负载在生物炭上获得磁性生物炭,并将其用于催化过一硫酸盐(PMS)降解水中罗丹明B(RhB)。表征结果显示,球磨后生物炭的粒径达到纳米级,Fe_(3)O_(4)被成功负载到生物炭上。铁掺杂既提高了生物炭的催化性能,也有助于通过磁性实现快速分离。经过筛选,在900℃的退火温度下以木屑为原料制备的MWB900催化性能最佳,RhB的去除率可达98%,速率常数达0.15 min^(-1)。进一步研究了不同因素对RhB降解的影响,包括PMS浓度、RhB浓度、初始pH值和不同的共存阴离子。结果显示,MWB900对不同条件下的RhB均表现出较高的去除率,但强碱性条件或CO_(3)^(2-)/HCO_(3)^(-)的存在都对该催化反应起抑制作用。循环实验表明,MWB900具有良好的重复利用性,并且热解再生可以有效恢复其催化性能。淬灭结果揭示了RhB的降解机理包含SO_(4)^(-)·和^(1)O_(2)引起的自由基和非自由基途径。该研究表明,基于MWB900/PMS的高级氧化技术在有机污染水体修复中具有良好的应用潜力。In this study,magnetic biochar is obtained by co ball milling Fe_(3)O_(4) onto biochar,which is used to catalyze the degradation of rhodamine B(RhB)in water by peroxymonosulfate(PMS).The characterization results show that the particle size of the biochar after ball milling reach the nanometer level,and Fe_(3)O_(4) is successfully loaded onto the biochar.The iron doping not only enhances the catalytic performance of biochar,but also facilitates rapid separation through magnetism.After screening,MWB900 prepared from sawdust at an annealing temperature of 900℃ showed the best catalytic performance,with a RhB removal rate of up to 98% and a rate constant of 0.15 min^(-1).Further research is conducted on the effects of different factors on RhB degradation,including PMS concentration,RhB concentration,initial pH value,and different coexisting anions.The results show that MWB900 exhibits high removal rates of RhB under different conditions,but strong alkaline conditions or the presence of CO_(3)^(2-)/HCO_(3)^(-) inhibits the catalytic reaction.The cyclic experiment shows that MWB900 has good reusability,and pyrolysis regeneration can effectively restore its catalytic performance.The quenching results reveal that the degradation mechanism of RhB includes free radical and non-free radical pathways caused by SO_(4)^(-)·and ^(1)O_(2).This study confirms that the MWB900/PMS system has the potential for the removal of organic pollutants in water.
