摘　　要：目的 比较Shockwave冲击波球囊与经皮血管成形术(PTA)联合支架置入术治疗股浅动脉短段闭塞的疗效。方法 选取股浅动脉短段闭塞患者100例,随机均分为Shockwave组和PTA+支架组。比较两组不同时间点踝肱指数(ABI)、跛行距离、一期通畅率及术后并发症发生情况。结果 两组手术总有效率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后6个月,Shockwave组ABI、一期通畅率高于PTA+支架组(P<0.05);术后3、6个月,Shockwave组跛行距离大于PTA+支架组(P<0.05)。Shockwave组术后并发症总发生率明显低于PTA+支架组(P<0.05)。结论 Shockwave冲击波球囊治疗股浅动脉短段闭塞比PTA联合支架置入术的术后一期通畅率更高,并发症更少,是一种安全且有效的治疗选择。Aim To compare the efficacy of Shockwave shock wave balloon and percutaneous angioplasty(PTA) combined with stent implantation in the treatment of short segment occlusion of superficial femoral artery.Methods Select 100 patients with short-segment occlusion of the superficial femoral artery,and randomly divide them equally into a Shockwave group and a PTA+stent group.The ankle brachial index(ABI),claudication distance,primary patency rate,and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups at different time points were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups of surgeries(P>0.05).Six months after surgery,the ABI and primary patency rate of the Shockwave group were higher than those of the PTA+stent group(P<0.05);At 3 and 6 months postoperatively,the distance of limping in the Shockwave group was greater than that in the PTA+stent group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the Shockwave group was significantly lower than that in the PTA+stent group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shockwave balloon therapy for short segment occlusion of superficial femoral artery has a higher postoperative patency rate and fewer complications compared with PTA combined with stent implantation,making it as a safe and effective treatment option.
