摘  要:围绕江西省通用航空与低空经济的发展需求,深入探讨了气象服务的重要作用及气象保障技术面临的主要挑战。低空空域天气变化频繁且复杂,对通航飞行安全构成了显著威胁。调研结果表明,当前通航气象服务存在气象信息获取渠道分散、气象服务产品种类单一等问题,同时通航企业对专业化气象服务和高影响天气预报等产品具有迫切需求。尽管低空飞行气象保障技术已取得一定进展,但在预报精度、服务覆盖面和产品针对性等方面仍存在明显不足。为此,文中提出了未来通航气象保障的重点研究方向和技术改进方案:研发低空分层精细化气象要素预报技术,提升预报精度;突破高影响天气预警预报关键技术,增强预警能力;开发低空航行气象风险预警产品,完善服务体系;研制低空飞行智能化预警终端,实现实时监测与预警。这些措施的实施将有效解决通航气象服务中的实际问题,显著提升低空飞行安全保障水平,从而为江西省低空经济的高质量发展提供有力支撑。The article discusses the importance of meteorological services and the challenges faced by meteorological protection technology in view of the development needs of general aviation and low-altitude economy in Jiangxi Province.Frequent and complex weather changes in low-altitude airspace pose significant challenge to the safety of navigation flights.The research results show that the current general aviation meteorological services are facing problems such as inconsistent access for obtaining meteorological information and a lack of types of meteorological service products,while the general aviation enterprises have an urgent demand for specialized meteorological services and high-impact weather forecasts and other products.At present,low-altitude flight weather protection technology has made some progress,but there are still many deficiencies.To this end,the article proposes future research directions and technical improvement programs for general aviation meteorological protection,including the development of low-altitude stratified refined meteorological elements forecasting technology,key technologies for hazardous weather warning and forecasting,low-altitude flight meteorological risk warning products,and the development of low-altitude flight intelligent warning terminals.These measures are expected to solve the practical problems in aviation meteorological services,effectively guarantee the safety of low-altitude flights,and thereby enhance the development benefits of low-altitude economy.
