摘 要:通过对哈尔滨市2019年12月21日-29日发生的空气重污染天气分析,从重污染天气过程的持续时间、平均浓度、小时浓度最大值等状况总结了此次重污染天气的特点,进一步分析了此次重污染过程的污染来源及组分分析,并对当时的气象条件进行了分析研究,得出了此次重污染是在地面高压持续控制下,气温偏低,相对湿度较大,以本地排放为主,供暖排放量加大,长时间高湿静稳的不利气象条件使大气污染物水平和垂直扩散能力降低,加剧了污染物在城市中产生累积叠加效果,在不利气象场的作用下,污染物不断传输转化,生成大量二次污染物,造成了在黑龙江省西南部区域及周边省市的大面积污染,进而使污染物在哈尔滨城市区域内反复传输,相互影响。Through the analysis of the heavy air pollution weather that occurred in Harbin from December 21 to 29,2019,the characteristics of this heavy air pollution weather were summarized,including the duration,average concentration,and maximum hourly concentration of the heavy air pollution process.The pollution sources and components of this heavy air pollution process were further analyzed,and the meteorological conditions at that time were analyzed and studied.It was found that this heavy air pollution was mainly caused by local emissions under the continuous control of high ground pressure,with low temperature and high relative humidity,and increased heating emissions.The adverse meteorological conditions of long-term high humidity and static stability reduced the horizontal and vertical diffusion ability of atmospheric pollutants,exacerbating the cumulative effect of pollutants in the city.Under the influence of unfavorable meteorological fields,pollutants continued to be transmitted and transformed,generating a large amount of pollutants secondary pollutants.This has caused widespread pollution in the southwestern region of Heilongjiang province and surrounding provinces and cities,leading to repeated transmission and mutual influence of pollutants within the Harbin urban area.
