摘  要:由于小水电站装机容量小、调节能力有限,在保障发电效益的同时,往往难以兼顾生态流量。为此,进行一种基于优化FDC的小水电站最小生态流量计算与调度研究。以某地区小水电站为例,获取相关数据的基础上,基于改进FDC法计算最小生态流量,确定生态流量特征。将“最小化生态缺水量”作为生态调度模型作为调度目标函数,利用萤火虫优化算法寻找最优调度策略,以提高生态效益。结果表明:在调度方案实施后,生态需水保证率在80~100%之间,说明调度方案起到了明显的效果,满足了生态需水的要求。Due to the small installed capacity and limited regulation capacity of small hydropower stations,it is often difficult to balance ecological flow while ensuring power generation efficiency.To this end,a study is conducted on the minimum ecological flow calculation and scheduling of small hydropower stations based on optimized FDC.Taking a small hydropower station in a certain region as an example,the minimum ecological flow is calculated using the improved FDC method to determine the characteristics of ecological flow based on obtaining relevant data.The study uses“minimizing ecological water shortage”as the ecological scheduling model as the scheduling objective function and applies firefly optimization algorithm to find the optimal scheduling strategy to improve ecological benefits.The results show that after the implementation of the scheduling plan,the ecological water demand guarantee rate is between 80%and 100%,indicating that the scheduling plan has played a significant role and met the requirements of ecological water demand.
