摘　　要：医疗污水中含有多种病原微生物及抗生素等药物类新污染物,新冠及其他重点传染病的频发及广泛传播对中国各级医疗机构污水的应急处置带来极大挑战。根据四川省各地级市医疗机构及污水处理厂污水处理现场情况调研,分析梳理四川省医疗污水处理现状及现阶段处理过程中存在的不足,结合中国现有的针对医疗污水处理和应急处置的政策及技术要求,提出医疗污水应急处置技术、装备、污水处理工艺升级改造建议,以及医疗污水应急防控的对策措施,以期为政府部门和医疗机构提升应对突发公共卫生事件的应急防控能力提供参考。Hospital sewage contains a variety of pathogenic microorganisms,antibiotics,and other medical emerging contaminants.The outbreak and wide spread of the COVID-19 andother major epidemic has brought great challenges to the response and control of sewagetreatment in medical institutions inChina.Based on a site survey of the current treatment situation of hospitalwastewaterinSichuanprovince,the problems existing in the treating processeswas evaluated.Combined with national policies and technical requirements for hospital sewage treatment and emergency disposal,the recommendations for emergency response technologies,equipments and upgrade and renovation of sewage treatment process forhospital sewage treatmentwas proposed,as well as the suggestions on the reconstruction of an emergency response and control system,aimat improving the emergency response and control capabilities of government departments and medical institutions while facing emergency public health events.
