摘 要:地质灾害次生突发水污染风险是中国突发环境风险的重要组成,科学开展风险评估是有效预防、应对此类风险的基础。从对地质灾害次生突发水污染事件案例的分析中发现,该类风险具有危害链条长、风险系统复杂、领域交叉性强的特点。为使从地质灾害到突发水污染风险的灾害链系统在风险评估框架内得到串联,构建了一个基于DPSIR模型的风险评估方法框架。在此基础上,从风险评估实践的角度提出了需加强多源数据共享融合、构建适合的风险评估方法、多维度支撑风险应对三方面的对策建议,以期为中国地质灾害次生突发水污染风险防控提供参考。The risk of sudden water pollution resulting from geological disasters constituted a crucial facet of environmental risks in China.Rigorous scientific risk assessments must be conducted as the cornerstone of effective prevention and mitigation.Analysis of recent cases of sudden water pollution secondary to geological disasters revealed the intricate nature of this risk,characterized by a lengthy chain of hazards,a multifaceted risk ecosystem,and pervasive interdisciplinary intersections.To seamlessly integrate the hazard chain system from geohazards to sudden water pollution risks into the risk assessment framework,we established a methodological framework for risk assessment grounded in the DPSIR model.In light of this,adopting a risk assessment-centric approach,we proposed three strategic measures aimed at enhancing the sharing and integration of multi-source data,developing tailored risk assessment methodologies,and facilitating multidimensional risk response.These efforts aimed to offer valuable insights for the prevention and mitigation of sudden water contamination risks stemming from geological hazards in China.
