摘 要:海上电力区域对周边环境和生态系统产生影响,该影响为海上电力项目的可持续发展提供科学依据和决策支持。为此文章提出基于单因子指数评价法的海上电力区环境及生态效应分析。以中国东南沿海地带某海上电力区为研究区域,结合研究区域的特点,构建海上电力区评价指标体系,计算不同评价指标的权重值,利用单因子指数评价法,计算海上电力区评价指标的单因子指数,并划分不同的影响等级,由此计算海上电力区的综合评价指标,分析海上电力区对海洋环境和生态效应的影响。研究表明,海上电力区建设会导致海水水质发生变化,海水沉积物增加,海洋生物多样性大幅下降,产生了极为严重的影响。The offshore power area has an impact on the surrounding environment and ecosystem,which provides scientific basis and decision support for the sustainable development of offshore power projects.Therefore,this paper puts forward the analysis of environmental and ecological effects of offshore power area based on single factor index evaluation method.Taking an offshore power area along the southeast coast of China as the research area,the evaluation index system of offshore power area is constructed combined with the characteristics of the research area.The weights of different evaluation indexes are calculated,and the single factor index of the evaluation index of offshore power area is calculated by using the single factor index evaluation method.The different impact grades are divided,so as to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index of offshore power area and analyze the impact of offshore power area on marine environment and ecological effects.The research shows that the construction of offshore power area will lead to the change of seawater quality,the increase of seawater sediments and the sharp decline of marine biodiversity,which has a very serious impact.
