摘　　要：加强种业基地建设是打赢种业翻身仗的必然要求。广西南繁基地是国家南繁基地核心区建设的重要部分,然而,其信息化建设不足已经成为制约育种生产、管理服务和专家远程办公的主要障碍。为提高基地育种科研及管理效率,构建由数据中心、智能监测控制系统和展示终端组成的基地综合性信息化平台系统,并从提高思想认识、加强组织协调、加大资金投入和开展技术培训4个方面提出保障基地信息化顺利建设的对策建议。Strengthening the construction of seed industry bases is an inevitable requirement to win the battle for the revitalization of the seed industry.The southern breeding base of Guangxi province,as an important part of the national core area for southern breeding base,faces the main obstacle of insufficient informatization,which restricts breeding production,management services,and remote office work by experts.With the overall goal of improving the efficiency of breeding research and management at the base,a comprehensive informatization platform system for the base,composed of a data center,intelligent monitoring and control systems,and display terminals,should be constructed.To ensure the smooth construction of base informatization,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects:enhancing awareness,strengthening organizational coordination,increasing financial investment,and conducting technical training.
