乡村振兴背景下巴定村的发展策略

摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下对乡村发展建设提出了新的要求。本文简单概述巴定村的基本情况,结合评估等级,土地利用现状,经济发展状况和自然资源禀赋等指标,评估巴定村为“基本适宜发展”村庄。分析巴定村发展存在的主要问题,提出巴定村的发展策略,优化15 min生活圈以及巴定村空间布局,弹性引导建设用地,鼓励优秀村民回乡创业,发挥巴定村区位优势,助力村庄可持续发展。Rural development and construction have put forward new requirements under the background of rural revitalization.This paper briefly summarizes the basic situation of Bading Village,and based on the evaluation level,current land use status,economic development status and natural resource endowment,Bading Village is evaluated as a'basically suitable development'village.It analyzes the main problems existing in the development and proposes development strategies for Bading Village,including optimizing the 15-minute living circle and the spatial layout of Bading Village,flexibly guiding the construction land,encouraging outstanding villagers to return to their hometown for entrepreneurship,and giving full play to the location advantages of the village to assist in the sustainable development of the Bading.
