摘  要:为研究生物肥料对玉米生长和产量的影响,以常规施肥为对照,设置4个生物肥料处理,分别为化肥减量10%+生物肥料20 kg/667 m^(2)(BF1),化肥减量20%+生物肥料40 kg/667 m^(2)(BF2),化肥减量30%+生物肥料60 kg/667 m^(2)(BF3),化肥减量40%+生物肥料80 kg/667 m^(2)(BF4),研究玉米生长和产量特性。结果表明:随着生物肥料用量的增加,玉米各生育期的叶面积指数、干物质积累量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和产量呈先升高后降低的变化特征;化肥减量20%+生物肥料40 kg/667 m^(2)(BF2)处理玉米生长状况最好,产量最高,比对照高出26.86%。结果说明,适当减少化肥施用量并配施生物肥料,能够促进玉米生长,提高玉米产量。In order to study the effect of bio-fertilizer on the growth and yield of maize,four bio-fertilizer treatments were set up with conventional fertilization as the control,which were 10%reduction of chemical fertilizer+20 kg/667 m^(2) bio-fertilizer(BF1),20% reduction of chemical fertilizer+40 kg/667 m^(2) biofertilizer(BF2),30% reduction of chemical fertilizer+60 kg/667 m^(2) bio-fertilizer(BF3),40% reduction of chemical fertilizer+80 kg/667 m^(2) bio-fertilizer(BF4).The growth and yield characteristics of maize were studied.The results showed that with the increase of bio-fertilizer dosage.The leaf area index,dry matter accumulation,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and yield of maize at different growth stages increased first and then decreased.When the chemical fertilizer was reduced by 20%+biological fertilizer 40 kg/667 m^(2)(BF2),the growth of maize was the best and the yield was the highest,which was 26.86% higher than that of the control,indicating that the appropriate reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with biological fertilizer could promote the growth of maize and increase the yield of maize.
