摘　　要：中国积极参与全球治理,提出“一带一路”倡议,为中国热带农业国际科技合作从参与者向合作主体过渡提出了具体构建要求。本文分析了中国热带农业国际科技合作的主体性构建基础,采用政策和案例分析相结合的方法,提出从把握中国热带农业的国际性特征、契合中国热带农业的发展主题、依托中国热带作物科技创新体系等3方面开展中国热带农业国际科技合作主体性构建路径,以实现中国在全球南方国家农业发展、粮食安全和农业产业链提升中的大国担当责任。China actively participates in global governance and the"the Belt and Road"initiative put forward specific requirements for international scientific and technological cooperation in tropical agriculture from participation to subjectivity construction.This article analyzes the basis of subjectivity construction of international scientific and technology cooperation in China's tropical agriculture,and adopts the method of combining policy and case analysis,and proposes three aspects of subjectivity construction of international science and technology cooperation in China's tropical agriculture,including grasping the international characteristics of China's tropical agriculture,conforming to the development theme of China's tropical agriculture,and relying on China's tropical crop science and technology innovation system.To realize China's responsibility as a major country in the countries of the global south for agricultural development,food security and the upgrading of the agricultural industrial chain.
