摘 要:针对机械密封磨损严重、使用寿命低的问题,以摩擦副密封环为研究对象,通过激光在表面加工正多边形织构,研究了其在干磨条件下的磨损性能,探讨了正五边形织构的耐磨性原因。通过摩擦磨损试验,得到了织构化密封端面的摩擦系数、磨损系数、磨损量以及磨损形貌图,验证了基于Archard磨损公式的数值模型的正确性,研究了织构形状以及旋转角度对磨损数据的影响。结果表明,正五边形织构试件与无织构试件相比,磨损量减少了44.322%,摩擦系数减少了18.803%;当正五边形织构旋转角度在48°左右时,正五边形织构的磨损量和磨损深度最小;在干磨条件下,不同织构的形状、结构参数对机械密封使用寿命的影响不同,选取合适的织构形状、结构参数有利于提高机械密封的寿命。Aiming at the problems of serious wear and low service life of mechanical seals,taking the friction vice seal ring as the research object,the positive polygonal weave was processed on the surface by laser,and its wear performance under dry grinding conditions was investigated,and the reasons for the wear resistance of the positive pentagonal weave were explored.The friction coefficient,wear coefficient,wear amount and wear topography of the fabricated seal end face were obtained through friction and wear tests,and the correctness of the numerical model based on Archard′s wear formula was verified,and the influence of the shape of the fabric and the rotation angle on the wear data was investigated.The results show that the wear amount is reduced by 44.322%and the friction coefficient is reduced by 18.803%compared with the specimen without fabric;when the rotating angle of the fabric is about 48°,the wear volume and wear depth of the fabric are the smallest;under the condition of dry abrasion,the shapes and structural parameters of the different fabrics have different influences on the service life of the mechanical seals,and the selection of the appropriate shape and structural parameters is conducive to the improvement of the mechanical seal service life.Under dry grinding conditions,different shapes and structural parameters of fabrics have different effects on the service life of mechanical seals,and the selection of suitable fabrics and structural parameters is conducive to the improvement of mechanical seal life.
