摘  要:为了提升非接触式机械密封的密封性能,选取非接触式机械密封T形槽为研究对象,针对T形槽底部开设有序椭圆形微孔的复合织构化机械密封端面,构造了密封端面间隙液膜流体模型,采用了有限单元法进行数值求解,研究了T形槽内不同排布方式的椭圆微孔分别对密封性能的影响,确定了最佳复合构型。对比分析了4种织构化端面密封在不同工况参数下开启力、泄漏量等密封性能的变化规律后,结果表明T形槽底部微织构造型设计可有效提升密封性能;在T形槽底部有序排布的圆形微孔或椭圆微孔,在相同的工况参数下,相较单一T形槽,开启力分别提升了1.25%和2.9%,泄漏量平均降低31.2%和37.9%,复合织构化端面密封具有更佳的综合密封性能,研究结果可应用于机械密封织构化摩擦副端面的设计及优化。In order to improve the sealing performance of the non-contact mechanical seal,the non-contact mechanical seal T-shaped groove is selected as the research object,and the composite weaving mechanical seal end face with orderly elliptical microporous holes at the bottom of the T-shaped groove is constructed to construct a liquid film fluid model of the sealing end gap,and the finite unit method is adopted for numerical solving,to study the effects of different rows of elliptical microporous holes in the T-shaped groove on the sealing performance,and the optimal configuration of the T-shaped groove is determined.The optimal composite configuration was determined.Comparative analysis of the four kinds of weaving face seal in different working condition parameters,such as opening force,leakage and other sealing performance change rule,the results show that:the bottom of the T-shaped groove micro-weaving structure design can effectively improve the sealing performance;in the bottom of the T-shaped groove in an orderly arrangement of circular micro-perforations or elliptical micro-perforations in the same working conditions,compared with a single T-shaped groove,the opening force was increased by 1.25%and 2.9%,and the average reduction of leakage 31.2%and 37.9%,The research results can be applied to the design and optimization of textured friction pairs of mechanical seals.
