摘  要:以3820名女大学新生为被试,采用大学生人格问卷收集其心理健康数据,通过对UPI测试一类学生进行一对一访谈,筛查出高危组学生320名,健康组学生3500名,按照3∶7的比例随机将学生分为训练集和验证集。在训练集中采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归,探讨个体因素(学历、寄养经历和负性生活事件经历)和家庭因素(家庭氛围、是否独生、家庭经济状况和家庭结构)对新生心理健康状况的影响,并构建列线图模型。在训练集和验证集中,ROC曲线的AUC结果显示模型具有一定的区分能力,校准曲线表明该模型具有较好的校准度,决策分析曲线显示临床净获益较好。This study involved 3,820 female college freshmen as participants,with mental health data collected using the University Personality Inventory(UPI).Through one-on-one interviews with students classified as UPI Category I,320 high-risk students and 3,500 healthy students were identified.The students were randomly divided into the training set and the validation set according to the ratio of 3:7.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used in the training set to explore the effects of individual factors(educational background,foster care experience,negative life events)and family factors(family atmosphere,only-child status,family economic status and family structure)on the mental health status of freshmen.A nomogram model was subsequently constructed.In the training set and validation set,the area under the ROC curve(AUC)showed that the model had a certain discriminatory ability,the calibration curve indicated that the model had a good calibration degree,and decision analysis curve demonstrated a good clinical net benefit.
