摘  要:目的分析人工智能技术在体外循环(ECC)中应用的研究热点及趋势,为医务工作者应用人工智能技术辅助临床工作提供参考。方法利用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库中收录的相关文献进行可视化分析,包括年发文量的变化趋势、主要研究机构的分布、不同国家的研究贡献、共被引期刊和关键词聚类。结果共116篇英文文献纳入最终分析,发文量由2020年开始呈现逐年稳步上升的趋势;中国医学科学院北京协和医学院(7篇,占6.03%)为发文最多的机构;中国和美国(37篇)为发文最多的国家,各国机构间具有一定的合作成果;Annals of Thoracic Surgery为文献共被引最多的期刊;研究热点为ECC辅助治疗相关疾病危险因素的识别、疾病预后的预测及ECC的智能化管理。未来研究趋势包含疾病风险评估与预测、优化治疗策略、辅助指南制定与决策。结论近十年,人工智能技术在ECC中的应用研究稳步上升,显示出日益增长的研究兴趣。建议研究人员未来可在ECC中进一步应用人工智能技术于疾病风险预测及辅助指南制定等方面,为医务工作者提供更为精准、高效的辅助工具,从而提升患者的治疗效果和生活质量。Objective The research hotspot and trend of artificial intelligence technology applied in extracorporeal circulation were analyzed to provide reference for medical workers to apply artificial intelligence technology to assist clinical work.Methods The CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the literature collected in the Web of Science core collection database,including the trend of the annual publication volume,the distribution of institutions,research contributions from different countries,cited journals and keyword clustering.Results A total of 116 English literatures were included in the final analysis,and the number of published papers showed a steady increase year by year since 2020.Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College(7 articles,accounting for 6.03%)were the most published institutions;China and the United States(37 articles)were the countries with the largest number of publications,and there are certain achievements in cooperation between institutions of these countries.Annals of Thoracic Surgery was the most cited journal.The research hotspots focuses on identification of risk factors,prediction of disease prognosis and intelligent management of extracorporeal circulation.Future research trends included disease risk prediction,optimizing treatment strategies,and assisting guideline development and decision making.Conclusion In the past decade,research on the application of AI technology in extracorporeal circulation has steadily risen,showing growing research interest.It is suggested that researchers can further apply AI technology in the future of extracorporeal circulation in the prediction of disease risk and the formulation of guidelines,so as to provide medical workers with more accurate and efficient tools,and to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
