摘 要:为准确评价超远距离输送充填管道堵塞的风险程度,以管道输送距离最长为8 km的曹家滩煤矿为例,提出了未确知测度综合评价方法和信息熵相结合的风险评价模型。以该矿山四种煤矸石料浆方案为研究对象,选取煤矸石料浆质量分数等10项评价指标作为判定指标,根据各方案的实测值构造单指标测度评价矩阵,同时利用信息熵理论确定指标权重,按照置信度识别准则和优越度排序,最后得到各方案的超远距离输送管道堵塞风险性程度。结果表明:管道输送距离为8 km,质量分数分别为53%、61%、67%,以及管道输送距离为6.7 km、质量分数为61%的煤矸石料浆方案的管道堵塞风险性程度分别为小(Ⅳ级)、一般(Ⅲ级)、大(Ⅱ级)、一般(Ⅲ级)。研究为准确预测充填料浆超远距离输送的可靠性提供了一种方法。The number of mines employing filling pipes that transport materials over distances exceeding 5 km is increasing,leading to a significant likelihood of pipeline obstructions.This paper proposes a risk evaluation model that combines the comprehensive assessment method of unascertained measurement with information entropy to accurately and effectively assess risk levels.The Caojiatan Coal Mine,which features the longest pipeline transport distance of 8 km,is used as a case study.A preliminary analysis was conducted to identify the factors affecting ultra-long-distance pipelines,leading to the selection of ten evaluation indices:the quality concentration of gangue cement slurry,the quantity of coarse particles added after grinding,the density of the gangue cement slurry,the inner diameter of the pipeline,the absolute roughness of the filled pipeline,the conveying distance of the pipeline,the ratio of the actual flow rate of the slurry to the critical flow rate,the weighted average particle size,the morphology of the selected gangue,and the corrosion resistance of the slurry.Using the hierarchical standardization method,each indicator was classified into four tiers:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣ.The levels of clogging risk were designated as extremely high,high,moderate,and low,respectively.The study concentrated on four gangue cement slurry filling schemes at the Caojiatan Coal Mine,developing a single-indicator measurement assessment matrix based on the measured values from these schemes.By applying information entropy theory to determine the weight of each indicator and utilizing confidence identification criteria along with superiority ranking,the evaluation findings for the clogging risk of ultra-long pipelines were derived for each program.The results indicate that,for a pipeline transit distance of 8 km,the obstruction risk categories for filling scenarios with mass concentrations of 53%,61%,and 67%are classified asⅣ,Ⅲ,andⅡ,respectively.The filling scenario for a pipeline transport route of 6.7 km with a mass concen
