摘　　要：为探究事故体验对建筑工人不安全行为意向的影响机理,以安全态度为中介变量,管理时效、安全氛围为调节变量构建理论模型,并以424名建筑工人作为研究样本,利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)直接事故体验、间接事故体验均通过工人的安全态度显著负向影响其不安全行为意向;(2)直接事故体验倾向于通过工人的安全情感态度和安全行为态度来对不安全行为意向产生影响,间接事故体验则倾向于通过工人的安全认知态度对不安全行为意向产生影响;(3)管理时效与安全氛围显著负向调节事故体验对不安全行为意向的影响。This paper aims to explore the influence mechanism of accident experience on construction workers intentions to engage in unsafe behaviors,with the goal of reducing accident rates within this demographic.The study introduces safety attitude as a mediating variable and examines management timeliness and safety atmosphere as moderating variables,ultimately constructing a theoretical model that illustrates the impact of accident experience on workers unsafe behavior intentions.Drawing on data collected from 424 construction workers,this paper analyzes the questionnaire responses using SPSS and AMOS to validate the hypothesis model.Additionally,the Process plug-in in SPSS is employed to assess the moderating effects of management timeliness and safety atmosphere.The results indicate that:(1)Both direct and indirect accident experiences significantly negatively influence construction workers intentions to engage in unsafe behaviors.Notably,direct accident experience exerts a greater impact on unsafe behavior intention than indirect accident experience.(2)Safety attitude serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between accident experience and construction workers intentions to engage in unsafe behaviors.Specifically,direct accident experience influences unsafe behavior intention through workers emotional and behavioral safety attitudes.Indirect accident experience has a less significant effect on safety emotional and behavioral attitudes compared to direct accident experience.Instead,it primarily influences unsafe behavior intention through workers safety cognitive attitudes.(3)Management timeliness and safety atmosphere negatively moderate the impact of accident experience on unsafe behavior intention.Establishing a positive safety climate and ensuring timely management interventions are crucial for mitigating the negative effects of accident experience on workers safe behaviors.This study offers a theoretical framework for understanding the factors that contribute to construction workers intentions to engage
