固定化斜生四链藻对四环素和土霉素的吸附特性及机理

摘  要:四环素(Tetracycline,TC)和土霉素(Oxytetracycline,OTC)是危害自然环境和人体健康的主要抗生素。选取斜生四链藻为原生物材料,以海藻酸钠包埋法作为固定化方法,将制备的固定化斜生四链藻球(SA-TO)作为吸附材料,研究不同浓度的四环素与土霉素对固定化前后的斜生四链藻生长活性的影响。基于单因素试验方法,探究SA-TO个数、温度和pH值对TC和OTC吸附性能的影响,通过吸附动力学、吸附等温线,结合扫描电子显微镜、氮气吸附解吸、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱表征方法探究固定化斜生四链藻球对TC和OTC的吸附机理。结果显示,固定化对斜生四链藻有一定的保护作用,相较于游离藻,固定化后斜生四链藻的生长更为稳定;SA-TO最优吸附条件为:300个、25℃和pH=7;优化吸附条件后的SA-TO对TC和OTC最大去除率分别为89.64%和87.80%,相较于游离藻,去除率分别提升了11.08百分点、13.74百分点;SA-TO对TC和OTC的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附过程是以化学吸附为主的单层吸附。Tetracycline(TC)and Oxytetracycline(OTC)are prominent antibiotics that pose significant threats to the natural environment and human health.In this study,Tetradesmus obliquus was selected as the biological material,and immobilized Tetradesmus obliquus spheres(SA TO)were prepared using the sodium alginate embedding method for use as an adsorbent.The effects of varying concentrations of TC and OTC on the growth activity of Tetradesmus obliquus were investigated both before and after immobilization.Using a one-factor test method,we examined how factors such as the number of SA TO spheres,temperature,and pH influenced the adsorption performance of TC and OTC.To study the adsorption mechanism of immobilized Tetradesmus obliquus spheres on TC and OTC,we employed various characterization methods,including adsorption kinetics,adsorption isotherms,Scanning Electron Microscopy,nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy,and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy.The results indicated that low concentrations of TC and OTC enhanced the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments in Tetradesmus obliquus,while high concentrations inhibited their production.Additionally,immobilization was found to have a protective effect on Tetradesmus obliquus.Tetradesmus obliquus exhibits more stable growth after immobilization compared to free algae,achieving saturation with SA TO while remaining in the logarithmic growth phase and growing at an accelerated rate.One-way experiments identified the optimal adsorption conditions for SA TO as follows:a concentration of 300 mg/L,a temperature of 25℃,and a pH value of 7.After optimizing the adsorption conditions,the maximum removal rates of TC and OTC by SA TO reached 89.64%and 87.80%,respectively.In comparison to free algae and blank sodium alginate beads,the removal rates increased by 11.08 percentage points and 13.74 percentage points,as well as 28.74 percentage points and 29.30 percentage points,respectively.The adsorption process of SA TO on TC and OTC followed the q
