摘  要:发动机总装线通过螺栓连接实现零件装配是一项主要工作,合适的拧紧方法对拧紧质量有重要影响。采用梯度拧紧曲线并配合以合适监测方法,在使用屈服点控制的拧紧过程中,精准判断屈服点并在拧紧过程到达屈服点时及时中断拧紧工具动力输出,作为一种控制螺栓拧紧过程的质量防错措施,能最大限度地发挥螺栓的紧固作用,对提高发动机固定螺栓拧紧质量有重要作用。本文以发动机装配为实例,以本文所述梯度拧紧曲线监测方法进行实车装配拧紧检验,检测静态扭矩数据进行分析,验证了梯度拧紧曲线控制方法对提高发动机装配固定螺栓拧紧质量有重要作用。In the engine assembly line,the assembly of parts through threaded connection is a major task,and the appropriate tightening method has an important influence on the tightening quality.The gradient tightening curve and appropriate monitoring method are adopted to accurately judge the yield point in the tightening process controlled by the yield point and interrupt the power output of the tightening tool in time when the tightening process reaches the yield point.As a quality error prevention measure to control the tightening process of bolts,the tightening function of bolts can be played to the maximum extent.It plays an important role in improving the tightening quality of engine fixing bolts.Taking engine assembly as an example,the gradient tightening curve control method described in this paper is used to carry out real vehicle assembly,and the static torque data is detected and analyzed.It is verified that the gradient tightening curve control method plays an important role in improving the tightening quality of fixed bolts in engine assembly.
