摘  要:气顶油制动系统因其成熟性及配件的易获得性在国内装载机市场普遍应用,但由于装载机与商用车相比负荷更大,制动频率更快,使得加力器中制动油液温度居高不下,影响制动性能。本文提出了一种循环散热气顶油制动方案,通过增设控制阀块和制动液油箱,使制动液在工作中强制循环散热,以此来降低频繁制动时制动液的温度。实验结果表明:新的循环散热气顶油制动系统可显著提高制动油液的冷热交换效率,在热平衡时制动油液温度可降低35℃,同时制动压力未出现衰减现象。该系统可大幅提高气顶油制动系统在极限工况作业时的适应性,为装载机气顶油制动系统升级提供理论基础及实践指导。The gas-cap oil brake system is widely used in the domestic loader market because of its maturity and easy availability of accessories.However,due to the higher load and faster braking frequency of the loader compared with the commercial vehicle,the high temperature of the brake oil in the loader remains high,which affects the braking performance.In this paper,a scheme of circulating heat dissipation and gas-cap oil brake system is proposed.By adding control valve block and brake fluid oil tank,the brake fluid is forced to circulate heat dissipation during operation,so as to reduce the temperature of brake fluid during frequent braking.The experimental results show that the new system can significantly improve the cooling and heat exchange efficiency of the brake fluid,and the temperature of the brake fluid can be reduced by 35℃in the heat balance,while the brake pressure does not attenuate.The system can greatly improve the adaptability of the gas-cap oil brake system in extreme working conditions,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the upgrade of the gas-cap oil brake system of the loader.
