摘  要:某型风冷储能变流器(Power Conversation System,PCS),其相模块采用翅片散热器+离心风机冷却,在实际应用中,存在三个相模块温度不均匀的情况,温度偏高的一相成为制约PCS在高温环境下正常运行的关键因素。针对该问题,通过增加挡板对冷却风道进行优化设计,并调节其开孔率和安装角度,运用Icepak软件仿真,得到最优方案,使三个相模块进风量基本一致,各相模块温升基本相同。The phase module of a certain type of air-cooled energy storage PCS is cooled by finned radiators and centrifugal fans.In practical applications,there are three phase modules with uneven temperature and the phase with temperature deviation become a key factor restricting the normal operation of the PCS in high-temperature environments.In response to this problem,the cooling air duct was optimized by adding baffles and its opening rate and actual installation angle were adjusted.The Icepak software was used to obtain the optimal solution,which the three phase models has the same intake airflow rate and the same temperature rise.
