摘  要:本文分析了不同温度下燃气轮机进气冷却效果。通过测量设备、风机、燃气轮机和空气处理段搭建实验环境,以空气温度作为变量,设定空气温度为10℃、20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃九种工况,对比不同温度下燃气轮机进气冷却速率和冷却率。研究得出空气温度在40~50℃时,燃气轮机进气冷却速率和冷却率达到峰值,冷却效果最好。因此说明空气温度对燃气轮机进气冷却效果具有重要影响,当空气温度在40~50℃区间时,燃气轮机进气冷却效果最佳,在实际运行过程中将其温度空气参数控制在40~50℃,确保燃气轮机冷却性能。To analyze the cooling effect of gas turbine intake at different temperatures.Methods:The experimental environment was set up by measuring equipment,fan,gas turbine and air treatment section.The air temperature was used as the variable,and the air temperature was set as 10℃,20℃,30℃,40℃,50℃,60℃,70℃,80℃and 90℃.The cooling rate and cooling rate of gas turbine intake were compared under different temperatures.Results:When the air temperature was between 40℃and 50℃,the cooling rate and cooling rate of gas turbine intake reached the peak,and the cooling effect was the best.Conclusion:Air temperature has an important influence on the cooling effect of gas turbine intake air.When the air temperature is in the range of 40~50℃,the cooling effect of gas turbine intake air is the best.In the actual operation process,the temperature air parameter is controlled at 40~50℃to ensure the cooling performance of gas turbine.
