摘 要:为精准掌握零件在应用中的热疲劳性能,规范受热零件的运维管理,引进格点型有限体积法,以某船用柴油机为例,开展受热零件低周热疲劳寿命估计方法的设计研究。利用网格划分技术,进行热传导方程的离散化形式表达,建立零件低周热疲劳数值模型;求解船用柴油机零件的温度场,计算零件受热状态下的热应力与应变;引进应变-寿命方程,进行低周热疲劳寿命的估算与修正。对比实验结果表明:设计的方法不仅可以实现对受热零件低周热疲劳剩余寿命的准确估计,还可以得到相对精准的热应变值。In order to accurately grasp the thermal fatigue performance of parts in application and standardize the operation and maintenance management of heated parts,the grid type finite volume method is introduced.Taking a certain marine diesel engine as an example,the design and research of low cycle thermal fatigue life estimation method for heated parts are carried out.Using grid partitioning techniques to discretize the heat conduction equation and establish a numerical model for low cycle thermal fatigue of parts;Solve the temperature field of marine diesel engine components and calculate the thermal stress and strain of the components under heating conditions;Introduce the strain life equation to estimate and revise the low cycle thermal fatigue life.The comparative experimental results show that the designed method can not only accurately estimate the remaining life of low cycle thermal fatigue of heated parts,but also obtain relatively accurate thermal strain values.
