摘  要:本研究探讨了三种不同型号涡轮增压器(A1、A2、A3)在一台7.5 L船用柴油发动机中的性能表现,其中A3为A2在拆除废气旁通阀后的改进版本。实验重点测量了涡后排气温度、油耗率、功率和扭矩等关键参数,并在不同发动机转速下进行测试。结果表明,涡后排气温度存在显著差异,A3增压器表现较好,涡后温度始终保持在600℃以下,符合试验预期。在油耗方面,拆除废气旁通阀后的A3增压器在油耗率上优于A2,显示出旁通阀拆除对降低油耗的积极影响。此研究为优化涡轮增压器设计、提高燃油效率以及满足船用柴油发动机的排放要求提供了有价值的参考。This study investigates the performance of three different models of turbochargers(A1,A2 and A3)on a 7.5 L marine diesel engine,where A3 is an improved version of A2 with the exhaust bypass valve removed.The experiment focuses on key parameters such as post-turbine exhaust temperature,fuel consumption rate,power,and torque,tested across different engine speeds.The results show significant differences in post-turbine exhaust temperature,with the A3 turbocharger performing better,maintaining the exhaust temperature below 600℃,which meets the experimental expectations.In terms of fuel consumption,the A3 turbocharger,after the removal of the exhaust bypass valve,demonstrates better fuel efficiency compared to A2,highlighting the positive impact of bypass valve removal on reducing fuel consumption.This study provides valuable insights for optimizing turbocharger design,improving fuel efficiency,and meeting the emission requirements of marine diesel engines.
