摘　　要：针对柴油机钢活塞的销孔开裂问题,从产品设计和制造质量角度出发进行了失效树分析,并针对每种潜在原因给出了改进方向;针对具体案例,阐述了分析开裂问题的常见方法和分析手段,同时指出,活塞装在发动机内部且属于精密零件,在装配过程中发生磕碰也会对活塞的工作质量产生影响,甚至导致失效的发生。According to the crack defects of pin bore of diesel engine steel pistons,the failure tree analysis is done in detail from product design and manufacturing quality sides,and the improvement ways are given according to each potential failure cause.According to the specific case mentioned in this article,the common methods and analysis methods for analyzing the cracking problem are expounded.Piston is a precise and important part,bump will also affect the working quality of steel piston,and even lead to the occurrence of failure.
