摘　　要：DA-20C1飞机中国内地(TCM)发动机配置了称为持续供油喷射系统(Continuous Flow Fuel Injection Systems)的燃油系统。多年来,虽然中国内地航空发动机公司一直把“简单”作为该系统的“唯一最重要的特征”,然而现有维修技术资料描述和结构图让维修人员很难清楚该系统的工作全貌。本文先对该系统进行了全面的资料收集、整理和论证,理清了该系统详细的工作原理和结构。并通过进行系统性的总结和分析,解决了维修人员对于发动机混合比无法关断发动机现象的疑惑,能够快速加深该系统的认识,掌握使用调节特性和维护注意事项等。The DA-20C1 Aircraft Continental(TCM)engine is equipped with a Fuel system called the Continuous Flow Fuel Injection System.For many years,although Continental Aero Engines had"simplicity"as the"single most important characteristic"of the system,However,the existing maintenance technical data description and structure drawings make it difficult for maintenance personnel to know the overall picture of the work of the system.In this paper,the comprehensive data collection,sorting and demonstration of the system are carried out,and the detailed working principle and structure of the system are clarified.Through systematic summary and analysis,the doubts of maintenance personnel on the phenomenon that the engine mixing ratio can not shut off the engine can be solved,and the understanding of the system can be quickly deepened,and the operation adjustment characteristics and maintenance precautions can be mastered.
