摘 要:电子风扇因可以通过单独控制发动机进气温度和冷却液温度,实现更好的整车经济性和舒适性,从而越来越成为主流配置。国五阶段电子风扇控制器从CAN网络中获取发动机进气歧管上温度传感器信号(近似中冷器出口温度)作为中冷器风扇控制信号,国六发动机因EGR系统的介入,发动机进气歧管上温度传感器监测的温度与实际中冷器出口气体温度存在较大差值,若风扇控制器继续使用进气歧管上温度传感器监测值作为控制信号将会导致风扇提前开始工作,造成功率浪费,反而造成整车油耗升高;风扇长时间工作也会降低整车乘坐舒适性;针对国六EGR机型需要增加中冷后温度传感器,实现对中冷后温度进行准确监测,进而合理控制风扇工作状态,降低整车油耗,提升乘坐舒适性。Electronic fans are becoming more and more mainstream because they can achieve better vehicle economy and comfort by separately controlling the engine intake air temperature and coolant temperature.The national five-stage electronic fan controller obtains the temperature sensor signal on the engine intake manifold from the CAN network(similar to the temperature at the intercooler outlet)as the control signal of the intercooler fan.Due to the intervention of the EGR system,there is a large difference between the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor on the engine intake manifold and the actual gas temperature at the intercooler outlet.If the fan controller continues to use the temperature sensor monitoring value on the intake manifold as a control signal,it will cause the fan to start working in advance,resulting in a waste of power and an increase in vehicle fuel consumption.The fan working for a long time will also reduce the ride comfort of the vehicle;For the national six EGR model,it is necessary to increase the temperature sensor after the intermediate cooling to achieve accurate monitoring of the temperature after the intermediate cooling,and then reasonably control the working state of the fan,reduce the vehicle fuel consumption,and improve the ride comfort.
