摘  要:本文介绍了HXD1型电力机车受电弓的基本结构及其升降控制系统,重点分析了受电弓升降故障的典型案例。文章首先概述了受电弓系统的主要组成部分及工作原理,随后探讨了受电弓升降控制系统的故障类型、故障诊断过程以及解决方案。通过对具体故障案例的分析,本文揭示了受电弓升弓过程中可能出现的压力反馈异常、电气信号丢失和气路故障等问题,并提出了针对性的整改措施,如更换故障部件、加强信号反馈系统的可靠性以及通过大数据分析进行预测性维护。本文为电力机车受电弓的故障排查和维护提供了技术支持。This article introduces the basic structure and lifting control system of the HXD1 electric locomotive pantograph,with a focus on analyzing typical cases of pantograph lifting faults.The article first outlines the main components and working principles of the pantograph system,and then explores the types of faults,fault diagnosis process,and solutions of the pantograph lifting control system.Through the analysis of specific fault cases,this article reveals potential issues such as abnormal pressure feedback,loss of electrical signals,and pneumatic faults that may occur during the pantograph lifting process.Targeted corrective measures are proposed,such as replacing faulty components,strengthening the reliability of signal feedback systems,and conducting predictive maintenance through big data analysis.This article provides technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance of pantographs in electric locomotives.
