摘　　要：CAT3512B柴油发动机作为石油钻机的主要动力源,具有四涡轮增压器、中冷、V12结构等特点,额定功率达1310 kW。通过系统研究发现,该型号发动机最典型的故障表现为尾气呈浓白色并伴随机油消耗过快的现象。实验分析表明,涡轮增压器轴承失效是导致这一罕见故障的主要原因。研究结果显示,及时发现并处理涡轮增压器轴承故障,可有效降低发动机机油消耗,延长设备使用寿命。同时,定期维护和合理使用对预防此类故障具有重要意义。CAT3512B diesel engine,as the main power source of oil drilling rig,has the characteristics of four turbochargers,intercooler,V12 structure,etc.,with a rated power of 1310 kW.Through systematic research,it has been found that the most typical malfunction of this engine model is the appearance of a thick white exhaust accompanied by rapid oil consumption.Experimental analysis shows that the failure of turbocharger bearings is the main cause of this rare malfunction.The research results show that timely detection and handling of turbocharger bearing faults can effectively reduce engine oil consumption and extend equipment service life.At the same time,regular maintenance and reasonable use are of great significance in preventing such failures.
