摘　　要：针对某柴油机机油压力偏低伴随异常波动故障,对会导致该故障发生的调压阀质量问题、机油滤清器问题、机油冷却器问题等逐项排查分析,确定故障原因。经排查故障原因为由于机油泵吸油管吸油盘与油底壳间隙过小,增大了机油泵吸油阻力,机油泵吸油量不足且吸油不稳定,导致机油压力偏低伴随异常波动故障。机油泵吸油管吸油盘与油底壳间隙过小故障原因为机油泵吸油管实物尺寸与设计尺寸不符。In view of the diesel engine fault that low oil pressure accompanied with abnormal fluctuation.The problems that may lead to the failure are investigated and analyzed one by one,such as pressure regulator quality problems,oil filters problem,oil coolers problem,etc.to determine the cause of the fault.After investigation,the reason for the fault is that the clearance between the oil pipe,oil suction plate of oil pump and the oil pan is too small,which increases the oil suction resistance of the oil pump and lead to insufficient oil suction capacity of the oil pump and unstable oil suction.The reason why the clearance between the oil pipe,oil suction plate of oil pump and the oil pan is too small is that the physical size of the oil pump suction pipe does not match the design size.
