摘  要:智能制造技术作为工业4.0的重要组成部分,逐步改变着传统制造业的生产方式,在高度自动化、信息化的汽车制造行业,智能制造技术的应用已成为汽车制造发展新趋势。为探讨智能制造技术在汽车制造中的具体应用与机械工艺优化实际效果,本研究系统分析了智能生产线、柔性制造系统、机器人技术、增材制造与3D打印等技术在汽车制造过程中的应用情况。以汽车零部件装配、车身焊接、喷涂处理与发动机精密加工为主要研究对象,探讨了智能制造技术对工艺流程优化作用。结果表明,智能制造技术不仅能提升汽车制造生产效率与产品质量,还能降低制造成本,增强生产过程的灵活性,研究成果可为汽车制造业的智能化转型提供技术支撑。As an important component of Industry 4.0,intelligent manufacturing technology is gradually changing the production mode of traditional manufacturing.In the highly automated and information-based automotive manufacturing industry,the application of intelligent manufacturing technology has become a new trend in the development of automotive manufacturing.To explore the specific application of intelligent manufacturing technology in automobile manufacturing and the actual effect of mechanical process optimization,this study systematically analyzed the application of intelligent production lines,flexible manufacturing systems,robotics technology,additive manufacturing,and 3D printing technologies in the automobile manufacturing process.The main research objects are automobile parts assembly,body welding,spray treatment,and engine precision machining,exploring the role of intelligent manufacturing technology in optimizing process flow.The results show that intelligent manufacturing technology can not only improve the production efficiency and product quality of automobile manufacturing,but also reduce manufacturing costs and enhance the flexibility of the production process.The research results can provide technical support for the intelligent transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry.
