摘 要:数控加工技术已经被广泛地应用于汽车零部件的制造当中,它的发展过程也随着汽车制造业技术的进步而逐渐升级。数控加工技术以高精度、高效率、低成本等优势显著提高汽车零部件加工精度与一致性,促进生产效率的提高,降低生产成本,加强对产品质量的控制能力。在发动机、变速箱、底盘以及车身等关键零部件生产过程中,数控加工技术起着无可取代的重要作用,促进着汽车制造业现代化进程。Numerical control machining technology has been widely applied in the manufacturing of automotive parts,and its development process has gradually upgraded with the progress of automotive manufacturing technology.Numerical control machining technology significantly improves the machining accuracy and consistency of automotive parts with advantages such as high precision,high efficiency,and low cost,promotes the improvement of production efficiency,reduces production costs,and strengthens the ability to control product quality.Numerical control machining technology plays an irreplaceable and important role in the production process of key components such as engines,transmissions,chassis,and vehicle bodies,promoting the modernization process of the automotive manufacturing industry.
