摘  要:本文探讨了热泵烘干技术在汽车涂装中的应用及其能效优化策略。随着全球能源需求增加和环保法规趋严,热泵技术因其高能效和低碳排放而受到重视。相比传统热风烘干,热泵通过热能回收显著降低能耗,提高生产效率和涂装质量。本文分析了热泵系统设计优化、智能控制系统的应用、低温烘干工艺以及能量回收技术的进展。同时,探讨了热泵与其他热源联合使用的优势,优化多级烘干和不同工况下的参数设置,以提高能效和降低运营成本。研究表明,这些技术进步不仅支持了可持续发展目标,还提升了汽车行业的竞争力。This paper examines the application and energy efficiency optimization of heat pump drying technology in automotive painting.With increasing global energy demands and stricter environmental regulations,heat pump technology is gaining attention for its high efficiency and low carbon emissions.Compared to traditional hot air drying,heat pumps significantly reduce energy consumption and enhance production efficiency and coating quality through heat recovery.The paper analyzes advancements in heat pump system design,smart control systems,low-temperature drying processes,and energy recovery technologies.It also explores the benefits of combining heat pumps with other heat sources,optimizing parameters for multistage drying and various conditions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.These technological advancements not only support sustainability goals but also enhance the competitiveness of the automotive industry.
