摘  要:地铁车辆空调系统在架修期间频繁出现风阀故障,对故障信息进行统计、梳理后,归纳出4类问题。对故障件进行拆解、检查、检测、分析,对所有相关的检修环节进行逐一排查,最终确定了产生故障的原因。针对问题原因,对涉及的检修、测试、质检等环节进行整改优化,从5个方面制定了整改措施。对整改后的空调系统开展全面普查,显示运行状态良好,再未出现风阀故障,表明整改优化效果显著。对空调系统风阀故障的整改优化经验表明,制定好工艺方案和质量方案,提升员工质量意识和执行力,能有效地降低故障率。上述经验可应用到同行业的地铁车辆空调系统检修中,能够有效地提高安全生产质量,对提升地铁车辆服务品质、确保稳定安全运行具有重要意义。During the overhaul of the metro vehicle air conditioning system,the damper frequently malfunctioned.After statistics and analysis of the fault information,four types of problems were identified.The faulty parts were disassembled,inspected,tested and analyzed,and all related maintenance links were checked one by one.Eventually,the causes of the faults were determined.In response to the causes of the problems,the maintenance,testing,quality inspection and other links involved were rectified and optimized.Five aspects of rectification measures were formulated.A comprehensive inspection of the rectified air conditioning system was carried out,showing that the operation status was good and no damper faults occurred again,indicating that the rectification and optimization effect was significant.The experience of rectifying and optimizing the damper faults of the air conditioning system shows that formulating good process and quality plans and enhancing the quality awareness and execution ability of employees can effectively reduce the failure rate.The above experience can be applied to the maintenance of air conditioning systems in metro vehicles in the same industry,which can effectively improve the quality of safe production and is of great significance for improving the service quality of metro vehicles and ensuring stable and safe operation.
