摘　　要：随着大型养路机械行业的发展,以及国铁集团工电部《大型养路机械设计指导意见》的印发,现有大机电气系统已无法满足相关要求,现有电气系统迫切需要升级。本文阐述了DWL-48_(K)捣固车新一代电气系统的设计思路,从硬件系统规划、软件控制模型及算法、整车基本功能实现、操作台及HMI人机协调性、扩展功能等方面进行详细介绍。With the development of the large-scale road maintenance machinery industry and the issuance of the"Guiding Opinions on the Design of Large-scale Road Maintenance Machinery"issued by the Ministry of Industry and Electric Technology of China Railway Group,the existing electrical system of large machinery has been unable to meet the relevant requirements,and it is urgent to upgrade the existing electrical system.This paper expounds the design ideas of the new generation electrical system of DWL-48_(K)tamping vehicle,and introduces it in detail from the aspects of hardware system planning,software control model and algorithm,basic function realization of the whole vehicle,man-machine coordination of operator console and HMI,and extended functions.
