摘  要:随着新能源行业的高速发展,动力电池、储能电池未来将成长为万亿级产业,锂电池产业作为新能源领域核心产业,新能源汽车锂电池的报废处理成为了一个日益严峻的问题。即将到来的动力电池退役潮,将进一步驱动动力电池回收利用行业的发展,电池拆解回收成为新能源低碳发展重要的一环。精细化拆解回收不仅能实现高价值金属资源的回收再利用,还能减少环境危害,具有重要的经济和社会意义。目前针对报废锂电池主要存在干法及湿法两种工艺路线,分别存在回收率低及成本高等缺点,为了实现精细化拆解,提高材料回收利用率,开发一种针对卷绕电芯反卷绕装备,能够将正负极及隔膜分别回收。本文阐述反卷绕装备的设计思路、主要功能结构,对于建设完整的精细拆解回收线具有现实指导意义。The rapid development of the new energy industry will lead to power batteries and energy storage batteries growing into trillion-level industries in the future.As the core industry in the field of new energy,the lithium battery industry is facing an increasingly serious problem with the disposal of lithium batteries for new energy vehicles.The upcoming wave of power battery decommissioning will further drive the development of the power battery recycling industry,making dismantling and recycling an important part of the development of new energy and low-carbon.Fine disassembly and recycling not only realizes the recovery and reuse of high-value metal resources but also reduces environmental harm,holding significant economic and social importance.Currently,there are two main process routes for scrap lithium batteries:dry method and wet method,both having their own shortcomings such as low recovery rate or high cost.In order to achieve fine disassembly and improve material recycling rates,anti-winding equipment for winding cells has been developed to recover positive electrodes,negative electrodes,and diaphragms separately.This paper describes the design concept and main functional structure of this anti-winding equipment which provides practical guidance for constructing a complete fine disassembly recovery line.
