摘 要:针对火电厂原煤仓堵塞问题,文章提出了一套集成化防堵装置技术方案,涵盖煤仓结构优化、机械清堵与智能监测技术。通过多种防堵装置的联合应用及煤种分仓技术的引入,显著提升了煤流管理的灵活性与设备运行效率。基于实际案例分析和技术性能对比,验证了该方案在复杂工况下的适用性和可靠性,为火电厂设备管理与运行优化提供了有效支持。In response to the problem of blockage in the raw coal bunker of thermal power plants,this article proposes a set of integrated anti blocking device technology solutions,covering coal bunker structure optimization,mechanical cleaning and intelligent monitoring technology.Through the joint application of various anti blocking devices and the introduction of coal classification technology,the flexibility of coal flow management and equipment operation efficiency have been significantly improved.Based on actual case analysis and technical performance comparison,the applicability and reliability of the proposed solution under complex working conditions have been verified,providing effective support for equipment management and operation optimization in thermal power plants.
