摘  要:燃煤电厂脱硫技术关系到其环保指标和经济效益。目前,应用于湿法脱硫工艺浆液品质监测的技术多为离线监测,不能及时反馈监测水平,进而易导致在控制方面出现问题。文章针对某燃煤机组进行的脱硫系统优化改造,设计了基于数据驱动的智慧脱硫协调控制系统。改造后,有效降低了脱硫系统电耗,并减少了石灰石浆液用量,为相关研究工作的开展提供了技术支持。The desulfurization technology of coal-fired power plant is related to its environmental protection index and economic benefit.At present,most of the technologies applied to slurry quality monitoring in wet desulfurization process are off-line monitoring,which can not feedback the monitoring level in time,and it is easy to lead to problems in control.In this paper,a data-driven intelligent desulfurization coordination control system is designed based on the optimization of desulfurization system of a coal-fired unit.The system includes optimization model of slurry circulating pump and optimization model of slurry feeding system.After the transformation,the power consumption of desulfurization system is effectively reduced,and the amount of limestone slurry is reduced,which provides technical support for the development of related research work.
