摘 要:随着工业设备对精密度和效率要求的提高,传统的汽封间隙测量方法在精度和操作便利性方面逐渐显现局限性。激光测量技术凭借其高精度、非接触性和实时反馈的特点,在汽封间隙测量和调整中展现出显著优势。文章介绍了激光测量仪的相关内容,分析了汽封间隙的测量和调整方法,并通过实际案例展示了激光测量技术的成效。研究结果表明,激光测量技术能够有效优化汽轮机的维护流程,为高精度设备的稳定运行提供了重要支持。With the increasing demand for precision and efficiency in industrial equipment,traditional methods for measuring seal clearances are gradually showing limitations in terms of accuracy and operational convenience.Laser measurement technology,with its high precision,non-contact,and real-time feedback characteristics,has demonstrated significant advantages in measuring and adjusting the gap between seals.The article introduces the relevant content of laser measuring instruments,analyzes the measurement and adjustment methods of seal clearance,and demonstrates the effectiveness of laser measurement technology through practical cases.The research results indicate that laser measurement technology can effectively optimize the maintenance process of steam turbines and provide important support for the stable operation of high-precision equipment.
