摘  要:现代电网不仅需要应对日益增长的负荷需求,还需要处理多种能源接入带来的不确定性,如风能、太阳能等可再生能源的间歇性。此外,气候变化导致的极端天气事件频发,也对电网的稳定性构成威胁。技术进步虽然为电网带来了智能化、自动化等优势,但同时也增加了系统的复杂性,使得风险识别和控制变得更加困难。文章通过构建全面、科学、实用且动态的风险评估体系,以应对各种潜在风险,确保电网的安全稳定运行。Modern power grids not only need to cope with increasing load demands,but also need to deal with the uncertainties brought about by the access of multiple energy sources,such as the intermittency of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar.In addition,frequent extreme weather events caused by climate change also pose a threat to the stability of the power grid.Although technological progress has brought advantages such as intelligence and automation to the power grid,it has also increased the complexity of the system,making risk identification and control more difficult.This paper establishes a comprehensive,scientific,practical and dynamic risk assessment system to deal with various potential risks and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
