摘　　要：依托“东数西算”全国一体化算力网络国家枢纽节点庆阳数据中心集群落地建设,以建设数字智慧坚强电网、促进“电网–算网”绿色融合发展为导向,以前置型政企融合、联动型协调共识、数字型透明可感、价值型场景应用为顶层原则,以“能源两端”促绿色、“价值多维”促融合为两条主线,构建“东数西算”数智化坚强电网,适应当前新型电力系统电源电网负荷多形态发展的新现状,提升电网数字化、智能化水平。Based on the construction of the Qingyang Data Center cluster,a national hub node of the integrated computing power network of“East Data West Computing”,the goal is to build a digital smart strong power grid and promote the green integration development of“power grid computing network”.The top-level principles are front-end government enterprise integration,linkage coordination and consensus,digital transparency and perceptibility,and value based scenario application.The two main lines are“energy two ends”promoting green and“value multi-dimensional”promoting integration.The goal is to build a“East Data West Computing”digital smart strong power grid,adapt to the new situation of multi form development of power grid load in the current new power system,and enhance the level of digitalization and intelligence of the power grid.
