摘  要:随着电网负荷不断增加,大面积停电事件的风险日益突出,一旦发生大面积停电事件,容易造成局域电力瘫痪,影响到人们的正常生活。文章分析了电网应急突发事件,指出了当前电网应急管理联动机制存在的问题,并提出了完善大面积停电下电网应急管理联动机制的对策,包括构建统分结合的权力配置体系,建立动态化的决策领导体系,搭建应急管理联动信息交流平台和建设应急管理联动协同制度,旨在提高电网应急管理效率,确保在突发事件中能够迅速地恢复供电,保障社会经济的稳定运行。With the continuous increase of power grid load,the risk of large-scale power outages is becoming increasingly prominent.once a large-scale power outage occurs,it is easy to cause local power paralysis and affect people's normal lives.based on this,the emergency incidents of the power grid were analyzed,and the problems existing in the current emergency management linkage mechanism of the power grid were pointed out.countermeasures to improve the emergency management linkage mechanism of the power grid under large-scale power outages were proposed,including the construction of a unified and decentralized power allocation system,the establishment of a dynamic decision-making leadership system,the construction of an emergency management linkage information exchange platform,and the establishment of an emergency management linkage coordination system.the aim is to improve the efficiency of power grid emergency management,ensure that power supply can be quickly restored in case of emergencies,and ensure the stable operation of the social economy.
