摘 要:文章研究了电网企业实物资产管理数智化转型的优化策略。在国家政策引导和技术进步双重驱动下,电网企业面临着实物资产管理模式升级的挑战。分析了数智化转型对提升运营效率、安全性、降低成本和增强创新能力的必要性,并指出了转型过程中管理机制不协调、数据孤岛、网络安全风险和专业人才匮乏等障碍。针对这些挑战,提出了构建联动机制、搭建信息化平台、完善风险防控体系以及加强人才培养和资金投入等策略,旨在帮助电网企业克服转型障碍,提升实物资产管理效率和企业竞争力。This article studies the optimization strategies for the digital transformation of physical asset management in power grid enterprises.Driven by both national policy guidance and technological progress,power grid enterprises are facing the challenge of upgrading their physical asset management models.The article analyzes the necessity of digital transformation in improving operational efficiency,security,reducing costs,and enhancing innovation capabilities,and points out obstacles such as lack of coordination in management mechanisms,data silos,network security risks,and shortage of professional talents during the transformation process.In response to these challenges,the article proposes strategies such as building a linkage mechanism,establishing an information platform,improving the risk prevention and control system,and strengthening talent cultivation and capital investment,aiming to help power grid enterprises overcome transformation obstacles,improve the efficiency of physical asset management,and enhance their competitiveness.
