摘　　要：为科学全面地评估国家物流枢纽保障能力,不断加强和完善国家物流枢纽保障能力建设,提高其实战运用能力。论文建立了包含国家枢纽基础设施能力、物流作业能力、管理能力、指挥能力和军地物流一体化能力五个方面的保障能力评估指标体系,基于熵权-TOPSIS构建了国家物流枢纽保障能力评估模型,在实证分析的基础上评估了62个国家物流枢纽保障能力现状,为国家物流枢纽保障能力的评估提供了理论依据,也为下一步加强国家物流枢纽保障能力建设提供了指导性意见。In order to scientifically and comprehensively assess the national logistics hub guarantee capability,continuously strengthen and improve the national logistics hub guarantee capability construction,and improve its war application capability.The thesis establishes a safeguard capability assessment index system containing five aspects of national hub infrastructure capability,lo-gistics operation capability,management capability,command capability and military logistics integration capability,constructs a national logistics hub safeguard capability assessment model based on entropy weight-TOPSIS,and evaluates the current situation of the safeguard capability of the 62 national logistics hubs based on empirical analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the as-sessment of the safeguard capability of national logistics hub and also provides a theoretical basis for the next step to strengthen the safeguard capability of the national logistics hub.It provides theoretical basis for the assessment of national logistics hub security ca-pacity,and also provides guiding opinions for the next step to strengthen the construction of national logistics hub security capacity.
