摘 要:针对航空装备保障过程中的模糊性、随机性和不确定性,构建了基于综合权重和灰云模型的保障效能评估方法。首先,根据航空装备保障特点,建立了以可用性效能、可靠性效能、成本性效能、保障性效能和技术性效能为指标的航空装备评价体系;其次,通过综合权重对各评价指标进行赋权,从主观和客观两方面分析各评价指标的影响;最后,构建正态灰云模型对航空装备效能进行聚类评估对四组航空保障系统效能进行评估分析,进一步将论文所提方法与集对分析法进行比较,验证了论文所提方法的有效性。Aiming at the fuzziness,randomness and uncertainty in the process of aviation equipment maintenance,an effec-tiveness evaluation method based on integrated weights and gray cloud model is constructed.Firstly,according to the characteristics of aviation equipment maintenance,an aviation equipment evaluation system is established with the indicators of availability perfor-mance,reliability performance,cost performance,maintenance performance and technical performance.Secondly,the integrated weights are assigned to the evaluation indicators,and the influence of the evaluation indicators is analyzed from subjective and ob-jective aspects.Finally,the normal gray cloud model is constructed to assess the effectiveness of aviation equipment by clustering and analyze the effectiveness of four groups of aviation maintenance systems,and the method proposed in this paper is further com-pared with the pair analysis method,which verifies the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
