摘 要:开关电源作为一种低损耗、高效可靠的电源装置,被广泛应用于工业生产、电子设备及日常生活等领域。针对传统的PI控制全桥电力电子DC-DC变换器的性能不能满足实际应用中自适应变化的需要,文中介绍了几种目前主流DC-DC变换器的主要拓扑结构,并分析了它们在系统中的性能。然后,介绍了相移全桥DC-DC变换器的运行过程,分析了传统PI控制方法的缺点,提出了一种闭环自适应模糊PI控制方法,其特点是根据不同的工作状态动态调整PI参数,实现了相移全桥DC-DC变换器的智能控制。在Matlab/Simulink中的仿真结果表明:模糊PI控制方式在负载突变、输出电压改变的情况下,其动态性能均优于传统PI控制方式;同时将输出电压的纹波系数大幅降低,提高了输出电压的精度。As a low-loss,efficient and reliable power supply device,switching power supply is widely used in industrial pro-duction,electronic equipment and daily life.In view of the fact that the performance of the traditional PI-controlled full-bridge pow-er electronic DC-DC converter can not meet the needs of adaptive change in practical applications,this paper introduces the main topologies of several current mainstream DC-DC converters and analyzes their performance in the system.Then,the operation pro-cess of phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter is introduced,the shortcomings of traditional PI control method are analyzed,and a closed-loop adaptive fuzzy PI control method is proposed,which is characterized by dynamically adjusting PI parameters ac-cording to different working conditions,and the intelligent control of phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter is realized.The simulation results in Matlab/Simulink show that the dynamic performance of fuzzy PI control mode is better than that of traditional PI control mode when the load changes suddenly and the output voltage changes.At the same time,the ripple coefficient of the output voltage is greatly reduced and the accuracy of the output voltage is improved.
