摘 要:近年来,随着微纳制造工艺的蓬勃发展,太赫兹技术已成为研究的热点,然而缺乏稳定的太赫兹器件已成为太赫兹技术发展的阻碍。石墨烯由于其独特的电学特性被人们所熟知,当石墨烯被外加偏压时,会激励起表面等离子体激元,由此石墨烯会表现出类似金属的性质。所以文章通过施加偏压控制石墨烯导电性从而调节石墨烯天线的频率。文章设计并仿真了石墨烯贴片天线,该天线可以通过衬底通孔集成到收发器中,并且通过仿真研究了该天线的可调性能。In recent years,with the vigorous development of micro and nano manufacturing processes,terahertz technology has become a research hotspot.However,the lack of stable terahertz devices has become an obstacle to the development of terahertz technology.Graphene is well-known for its unique electrical properties.Specifically,when graphene is subjected to external bias,surface plasmon polaritons are excited,resulting in graphene exhibiting metal like properties.So this paper adjust the frequency of graphene antennas by applying bias voltage to control the conductivity of graphene.This paper designs and simulates a graphene patch antenna that can be integrated into the transceiver through a substrate through hole,and studies the tuning of the resonant fre-quency through simulation.
